Police Broadcast Alert for Radio Shack Robber

Police are on the lookout for a man who has been targeting Bay Area Radio Shack stores for armed robbery. Four San Leandro stores have been robbed since July. The latest San Leandro robbery was Friday, Oct. 12, shortly after the gunman had robbed another Radio Shack in Hayward. The suspect, described as an African-American male in his 20s, about 5–foot-11, and skinny, is known for entering the stores with a blue surgical mask and wearing a multi-colored backpack, possibly a child’s backpack. ….
