My guess is the Police Officer’s Association knew this lawsuit would be a shock to residents.
My only comment is that I started my first job in retail in 1955 waiting on customers. I was getting to work exactly on time and I’ll never forget my father’s admonition: “Son, take care of your job. Don’t get to work exactly on time, get there a little early, and it’s O.K. to stay a little longer if your boss needs you. He’ll appreciate it and that’s how you get ahead in life.”
Get paid for dressing? My father would flip in his grave!
