A man jumped into a vehicle leaving a bank in downtown San Leandro on Tuesday, then shot and killed the driver in Washington Plaza. The driver, 25-year-old Ernest Ray Sauceda, was whisked by ambulance to Eden Hospital in Castro Valley where he was pronounced dead.
